professional skills of machine-operators, programmers,
technicians and their training in Fanuc, Sinumerik
(Siemens), West Labs CNC systems at workshops, as well as
at the leading European companies-producers of advanced
CNC machines.
In 2014, it is planned to cooperate with the State
Employment Center regarding training, retraining and
probation of unemployed persons. Training and probation
will be organized according to current demand for trained
personal in the quantity of not less than 50 unemployed
persons.
YOUTH POLICY
In 2013, MOTOR SICH JSC youth organization celebrated
its ninetieth anniversary.
During anniversary year taking into account the interests
of young workers Motor Sich JSC carried out 107
activities under the Company’s Youth policy with the
assistance of 7500 participants, oriented to assignment
of youth in labor collective, introduction to the
organizational culture, creating of new conditions for
professional development and career progress, namely:
n
the VII International Youth Scientific and Technical
Conference named after A.F.Moizhanovskii. 13
companies from the Russian Federation and 8 companies
fromUkraine took part in the Conference. Total number of
participants and guests was 145 persons;
n
professional skill competition in 12 specialties. Total
number of participants was 323 persons. 77
participants took top places and were awarded with
money bonuses. 21 winners of competition were
advanced in skill categories;
n
competition of wall newspapers and videos – “I am
proud of my collective” and “Young people choose
healthy way of life”. 82 subdivisions took part;
n
familiarization excursions for new young employees of
the Company, students of Zaporozhye Aviation College
and “Motorostroitel” Technical College to the
headquarter plant and tourist base “Meridian”. 15
excursions were conducted and 475 persons took part;
n
107 young workers took part in a number of activities
for improvement the Great Patriotic War memorial in
Kanevskoye village;
n
healthful arrival to the “MOTOR SICH preventorium for
124 young workers. Cultural and sporting events were
held during the arrival;
n
military-and-sports competition for persons of military
age. 72 persons took part. Employees (12 persons)
taken top places, were awarded with certificates and
money bonuses;
n
twork on congratulations of the Company ex-employees
called to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 67militaries were
congratulated with Defender of the Motherland Day and
New 2014 Year;
n
commendation of young workers and specialists of the
Company with presentation of Certificates and money
bonuses:
n
“The best young worker” - 30 persons;
n
“The best young foreman” - 20 persons;
n
“The best young specialist” - 25 persons.
n
other sporting and cultural events based on headquarter
plant, Snezhnoe Machine-Building Plant and Volochysk
Machine-Building Plant. Total amount of attracted young
workers was 800 persons.
SOCIAL SPHERE
The Company’s social sphere includes practically all types
of social benefits: health care, education, recreation,
sports, housing. Social facilities are financed from the
Company’s assets.
The Company spent 25.2 mln. UAH for capital
investments in the objects of social sphere in 2013. The
Company is proud of the best local children’s health and
sport camps fully equipped for physical, psychical and
social development of the younger generation. Children
