PERSONNEL STRUCTURE
Labor force at the parent enterprise has increased by 627
persons as compared to January 1, 2013. Labor force
structure has changed due to the increased quantity of di-
rect workers from 38.9% as of 01.01.2013 to 39.2% as
of 01.01.2014.
Production and industrial personnel structure is as follows:
41.3% – direct workers, 32.1% – engineers and techni-
cians, 5.1% - quality control personnel and 2.2%– other
categories.
PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
In 2013, the Company has employed 442 young
specialists, including 217 young specialists with higher
education, 75 graduates of Zaporozhye Aviation College,
Electrotechnical College and other colleges, and 150
graduates of technical vocational schools.
Heads, engineers and technicians, and employees were
evaluated as planned. 5673 specialists, including 136
senior heads, were evaluated. 526 specialists of the
Company were advanced in qualification categories
according to the results of the evaluation.
27 employees of the Company have passed competitive
selection and were sent to Kharkov National Aerospace
University (KhAI) for education in specialty “Airplanes and
Helicopters”. Education will take over 1.5 years on full-
time basis.
33 employees of the Companywere sent to correspondence
department of Zaporozhue National Technical University for
education at the expense of state budget.
1997 persons practiced at the Company in the current
year, including:

621 students from 8 technical schools and colleges in
20 specialties;
