Supreme Soviet of Ukraine.
n have developed draft Law of Ukraine “About
introduction of changes to the Customs Code of
Ukraine” (About State Support of aircraft
manufacturing industry in Ukraine) and submitted it
to the corresponding Committees of the Supreme
Soviet of Ukraine. According to the draft
complementary codes on vendor items and
components for helicopters were added in order to
free them from tax when importing.
n have developed draft Law of Ukraine “About
introduction of changes to the Law of Ukraine
“About State program of military transport An-70
aircraft manufacturing and its purchasing against
state defense order” No. 2105, dated 28.01.2013,
which provides programming list expansion,
deadline and amount of financing extension, and
submitted it to the corresponding Committees of the
Supreme Soviet of Ukraine
INVESTMENTS INTO
BUSINESS ENTITIES
According to the investment contract No. ИД-970
“Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant JSC” (Republic of Belarus),
dated 03.02.2012, in 2013, the investments in the
amount of US$4094.51 thous. were made.
INVESTMENTS INTO
SEPARATE LEGAL ENTITIES
As of 01.01.2014, there are 38 companies, more than
10% shares of which belong to Motor Sich JSC.
The Emitter owns the shares (equities) of the companies
located in Ukraine, Russia, Republic of Belarus.
In 2013, “MOTOR SICH – AERO” Ltd. (Kharkov) was
founded with the participation of Motor Sich JSC.
