CAPITAL INVESTMENTS
In 2013, the Company performed works on reconstruc-
tion and technical reequipment of the operating produc-
tion facilities, construction of social facilities, capital and
light repair of buildings and structures. 925.8 mln. UAH
of the Company’s own funds were allocated for these
purposes. Thereof, 499.4 mln. UAH were spent for pro-
curement of equipment for main production facilities.
227 pieces of equipment were distributed among work-
shops during the year:
n
high-vacuum furnaces;
n
turning machining center;
n
turning semiautomatic machines;
n
milling machines;
n
gear-grinding machines;
n
polishing head and other process equipment.
The following works were carried out:
n
reconstruction of test benches;
n
organization of helicopter production;
n
reconstruction of galvanic oxidation line and oxide
phosphatization;
n
building up of the second floor above the entrance hall;
n
reconstructions of premises for placement of MOTOR
SICH Experimental Design Bureau subdivisions;
n
reconstruction of premises of heat-resistant laboratory
of Chief Metallurgical Engineer Department;
n
construction of laboratory for industrial electronics;
n
reconstruction of department of eye microsurgery
in medical and sanitary department;
n
reconstruction (partially) of non-residential building for
tenement house.
There was performed planned scope of capital construc-
tion of social facilities. All recreation centers, preventori-
ums and children's health camps were timely prepared for
summer recreational season.
ATTRACTION OF BUDGETARY
AND CREDIT FUNDS FOR
FINANCING, DEVELOPMENT
AND PREPRODUCTION OF
NEW PRODUCTS
Attraction of budgetary funds and investments for
financing, development and preproduction of new kinds
of products in 2013 to reduce the Company’s expenses,
the Company’s specialists:
n
have developed draft Law of Ukraine “About introduction
of changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine about State
Support of Leasing of civil aviation equipment of domestic
manufacture” No. 2565, dated 19.03.2013, directed to
cheapening of leasing transactions for end user-lessee,
expansion of investment flows for leasing transaction
financing, and submitted it to the corresponding
Committees of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine.
n
have developed draft Law of Ukraine “About introduction
of changes to the 105th article of the Customs Code of
Ukraine about competitive recovery of aircrafts of
domestic manufacture”, and submitted it to the
corresponding Committees of the Supreme Soviet of
Ukraine.
n
have developed draft Law “About introduction of changes
to the Customs Code of Ukraine about residues and
wastes resulting from goods processing” No. 2487,
dated 07.03.2014, canceled such wastes declaring, and
submitted it to the corresponding Committees of the
Dynamics of Equipment Procurement for Main Production
Facilities in 2009 – 2013
