President's Address
To sum up Motor Sich's business activities in 2013, we can say that the results of our work show that the company had
chosen the right policy aimed at reaching high technical and economic performance through mobilizing all material,
financial, organizational and human resources. From year to year we increase sales revenue and promote our products at
world markets by modernizing aftersales services.
Company's financial stability is ensured by means of development and implementation of new advanced products and
advanced scientific-technical and design-engineering solutions.
Today Motor Sich masters a new prospective area of business that is development, overhaul and modernization of
helicopters, thus originating helicopter building industry in Ukraine.
In the course of business we follow the principles of corporate responsibility and at the same time we conduct variety of
social programs, devote much attention to personnel policies, health protection of employees, labor safety and
environmental protection.
Within the framework of technical re-equipment program, the Company has carried out work on reconstruction of
production facilities, overhaul andmaintenance of buildings, building of social facilities and purchasing of new-generation
equipment.
The preceding year 2013 enriched our experience, opened new prospects and laid a solid foundation for our future
development. Have no doubt that by using vast experience, expertise and commitment of our personnel we will be able
to fulfill our plans.
I sincerely grateful to the entire labor collective of the Company for their support, workmanship and conscientious work,
as well as to our shareholders and partners for their cooperation and understanding!
