PROSPECTS FOR 2014
In 2014, Motor Sich JSC will continue to cooperate with our firm Customers, as well as to search for new Partners and
Customers.
Russia remains a major Partner for our Company. Cooperation will be continued with helicopter manufacturing plants
in Kazan, Ulan-Ude, Kumertau, for which TV3-117VM(VMA), VK-2500, AI-9(9V) engines will be delivered within
the contracts with “Russian Helicopters” Holding Company. TV-117VM, VK-2500, D-136, AI-9V, D-436TP, D-436-
148 and AI-450MS, TV3-117VMA-SBM1 and AI-9-3B engines will be delivered within single source long-term con-
tracts with Klimov JSC (Saint Petersburg), Rostov Helicopter Plant JSC, Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific Technical
Complex (Taganrog), Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (Voronezh), Aviakor Aircraft Plant JSC (Samara).
Spare parts to engines of various types will be delivered for aircraft repair plants located in Aramil, Rostov-on-Don,
Staraya Russa, Kaliningrad, Yeysk, Gatchina, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, as well as services in design-and-process sup-
port of repair of Motor Sich aircraft engines will be provided. Also cooperation on engine repair and service life exten-
sion will be continued with various Russian airline companies such as UTair, Volga-Dnepr, Russia, Polyot, Angara,
Yakutia, and others.
According to tender results, it is planned to sign contracts for delivery of PAES-2500 and EG-6000 power-generating
sets to Russia.
The Company will continue to cooperate not only with the Russian Federation, but also with Partners from non-CIS coun-
tries, where aircraft equipped with Motor Sich JSC engines are in-service. Particularly, contracts for delivery of AI-20D
series 5 engines, repair of D-136, AI-9V, TV3-117 of various versions engines, delivery of spare parts have been signed
with India. Contracts for delivery of AI-25TLK, TV3-117VMA-SBM1V has been signed with China, and it is planned to
sign a contract for delivery of AI-222K-25 engines. Cooperation with Algeria will be continued within the contracts for
repair of aircraft engines of various types and versions.
Countries of South-East Asia and Latin America, such as Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Peru, Columbia and others, remain
the prospective markets for our Company. We are planning to continue the cooperation with the Partners from these
countries according with current product nomenclature, as well as we offer to deliver new engine versions. In 2014,
cooperation for delivery and repair of aircraft engines, delivery with spare parts, as well as for delivery, repair and field
maintenance of gas-turbine engines and power-generating sets of various powers, with our traditional Partners in
Ukraine and CIS countries will be continued.
In whole, concluded contracts and reached agreements will ensure keeping of attained sales level in 2014.
