Manufacture of aircraft engines which should be capa-
ble to compete with the products of the leading world
companies requires continuous improvement of produc-
tion processes with due consideration of the latest
achievements of science and engineering.
Motor Sich JSC carries out the following activities in this
respect:
Implementation of new production processes:
n
technology for drying and preservation of half-finished
and finished parts made of АТГ graphitized carbon ma-
terial;
n
Powder metallurgy process for production of rings for
AI-450MS engine and bosses for AI-25 engine as a
substitute for machined – of – bar stock components;
n
orbital welding of titanium alloy parts;
n
Heat treatment of granular discs made of ЭП741НП
powder material;
LABOR AND SALARY
Company’s labor payment system provides for fair remu-
neration for employees' labor depending on qualification
and responsibilities of an employee, conditions of work
and results of production and administrative activities of
his/her department.
Average salary of industrial production personnel in De-
cember 2013 have amounted to 3727 UAH, production
workers of main shops – 4240 UAH, chief foremen –
5372 UAH, foremen – 3962 UAH.
Motor Sich is ranked 12th among industrial enterprises
of Zaporozhye as per salary level.
The Company constantly analyzes average salary of all
categories of workers, efficiency rate and labor force.
The Company has no wage arrears, as well as tax arrears
to budgetary and extra-budgetary funds.
The Company’s labor force has increased by 4.3% in 2013.
