Competence of Internal Audit Commission
Internal Audit Commission carries out internal con-
trol and audit of financial and economic activity of
the Company. The other responsibility of the Internal
Audit Commission to control main areas of activity
and performance of plans adopted by the General
Meeting; implementation of decisions of the Board
of Directors regarding the issues on business activity;
implementation of decisions regarding elimination of
shortcomings revealed during previous audit.
Internal Audit Commission consists of 7 persons.
