Motor Sich's management bodies pay particular attention
to honesty, transparency, efficiency, responsibility and
achievement of target goals.
Authorities and obligations are clearly divided and
balanced between management bodies in order to ensure
an appropriate level of corporate management.
Performance appraisal of each management body
depends on overall performance of the Company. An
explicit reporting and monitoring system allows us to
control all management bodies in terms of performance
of their functions.
COMPETENCE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting is a supreme management
body of Motor Sich. The Annual General Meeting may
address any issues related to the Company's activity. Issues
that are in exclusive competence of general meeting are
stipulated by effective legislation andCompany's Statute and
their resolution cannot be delegated to any other bodies of
the Company.

interested parties intended for ensuring efficient
performance of the Company, equal influence of parties and
