The following subsidiaries have been founded by the
Company and are operating as of today:
Gulaypole Machine-Building Plant
17, 9th January Street, Town of Gulaypole, Zaporozhye
region, Ukraine
Main areas of activity:
n development, preparation and organization of
research and mass production of machines;
n production, procurement and sales of agricultural
products;
n provision of services to people on repairing and
maintenance of motor vehicles, as well as delivery
of spare parts for them;
n sales of production equipment, cars and tractor
withdrawn from production application.
Guliaypole Mechanical Plant
2 Kotovskogo Street, Zheleznodorozhnoye village,
Gulaypole district, Zaporozhye region, Ukraine
Main areas of activity:
n preparation and organization of research and mass
production of aircraft engines, aviation products
and parts;
n manufacture of electrical machines, equipment and
devices, industrial machinery;
n manufacture of agricultural machines, production
equipment for textile industry, agricultural and
garden tools;
n production of paint-and-lacquer materials;
n production of metal and cardboard containers
Lebedin Engine-Building Plant
18 Grushevaya Street, Lebedin, Sumy region, Ukraine
Main areas of activity:
n development, preparation and organization of
research and mass production of machines;
n sales of manufactured products;
n manufacture of industrial machinery, consumer
goods, fuels and oils.
Share of Motor Sich in authorized capital of the abovemen-
tioned subsidiaries is 100%.
